Too fast…it misses the romantic touch

What are the backup singers singing, " Serve it up, and break it down?" or " Bring it down?" At first I thought it was " Serve it up and drink it down.".... but it seems like they are either saying break or bring. My band is going to do a cover, this is so great! So, just wondering if anybody knew.
